How we test recipes
Every recipe here is shot and reviewed on real Fujifilm cameras in real shooting conditions — not generated on a screen. We note the sensor generation and cameras a recipe was tested on, what it does well, and what to watch for, so you know exactly what you're getting before you dial it in. Sample photos are straight-out-of-camera JPEGs using the exact settings listed.
Why recipes depend on your gear
Fujifilm sensors render film simulations differently across generations, and not every simulation or control is available on every body. That's why each recipe lists its compatible sensors and cameras, and why you can browse the library by film simulation to find looks built for your camera.

Fuji Flavours is run by a working Fujifilm photographer who shoots and tests every recipe firsthand. Real gear, real conditions, honest notes — that first-hand experience is the whole point.
